SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping of our Steadfastener happens via New Zealand Post or Aramex Couriers.
Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days if shipping within New Zealand. Shipping to Australia takes 5-7 business days, while the rest of the world will take 10 - 14 business days.
RETURN POLICY
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, or if you're dissatisfied with a product, please send the product back to us (at your own cost or 17% of your purchase price) within 60 day and we will refund your purchase. Refund or replacement will take up to 17 business days.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payments for all goods and services on this site can be made via online banking, all major credit cards, credit card, GooglePay, ApplePay. You will find bank account details on the bottom of your invoice for online banking payments.
Please note, you may be charged a surcharge to cover the fees our payment provider charges.
