SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping of our Steadfastener happens via New Zealand Post.
Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days if shipping within New Zealand. Shipping to Australia takes 5-7 business days, while the rest of the world will take 10 - 14 business days.
RETURN POLICY
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, or if you're dissatisfied with a product, please send the product back to us (at your own cost) and we will refund your purchase via PayPal.
PAYMENT METHOD
For our picture hanging services, we only take payments via online banking. You will find bank account details on the bottom of your invoice.
Purchases of the Steadfastener are completed via PayPal in our secure shop.
You can use your credit card via PayPals secure environment.
