SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping of our Steadfastener happens via New Zealand Post or Aramex Couriers.
Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days if shipping within New Zealand. Shipping to Australia takes 5-7 business days, while the rest of the world will take 10 - 14 business days.
RETURN POLICY
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, or if you're dissatisfied with a product, please send the product back to us (at your own cost) and we will refund your purchase via PayPal.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payments for all goods and services on this site can be made via online banking or credit card. You will find bank account details on the bottom of your invoice.
If paying via credit card or PayPal, you will be charged a surcharge to cover the fees our provider charges. These fees will be shown when when making payment.
